Jiangsu Dejare Machinery Co., Ltd. is located in the famous Huangqiao Industrial Park in the ancient town of Suzhong. The main members of the company team have been engaged in this industry for more than 30 years and have rich experience in design, production, and management. The company has established technical cooperation agreements with multiple ship research institutions such as Dalian Crane Design Center, Yangzhou University, China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation 704th Research Institute, and Shanghai Shipbuilding Research and Design Institute. It has hired many senior technical experts in the domestic industry and signed long-term cooperation agreements with Shanghai Zhenhua Heavy Industry Group, Nanhai Shengli Oilfield, C-NAUTICAL Company in the Netherlands, SEAONICS AS Company in Norway, etc., to design and produce ship deck machinery, marine engineering machinery, ship outfitting components, and products for scientific research ships, naval vessels, engineering ships, cargo ships, oil tankers, and other supporting industries.
Our company designs and produces various specifications of electric and hydraulic windlass below Φ 118 (M3), electric and hydraulic towing winch below 2500KN, mooring winch, capstan, and mooring components (including bollards, fairleads, etc.). The company exports equipment to countries such as the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Romania, Australia, and Vietnam all year round.
Our hydraulic cylinder production and manufacturing workshop is fully equipped and well-equipped, designed and arranged in accordance with international standards and requirements. Among them, fully automated welding equipment, imported CNC machining machines, standard cylinder cleaning systems, paint coating production lines and other processing and production facilities are all first-class in the industry.
The main equipment includes: CNC laser cutting machine, CNC flame cutting machine, CNC lathe, CNC boring and milling machine, CNC gantry milling machine, drilling machine, lathe, CNC sawing machine, shot blasting machine, air compressor, welding machine, test bench (working load test below 120T, static load test below 650T) and testing equipment for professional production.
Our company has passed ISO9001:2015 management system certification, CCS factory inspection, and obtained certifications such as DNV, GL, LR, ABS, BV, RS, IRS, etc.
