Regularly check the hydraulic system's oil level and temperature, and inspect all joints, valves, motors, pumps, and seals for leaks. Also monitor whether the temperature and pressure gauges are indicating normal readings for all parts.

The working principle of the anchor windlass combination machine mainly includes the following aspects:

Power Transmission: The anchor windlass combination machine is usually equipped with an anchor chain wheel and two drums, using a dual-shaft structure design. A low-speed, high-torque hydraulic motor drives the drum spindle through a first-stage gear transmission; engaging the drum clutch starts the drum. Simultaneously, engaging the anchor chain wheel clutch drives the anchor chain wheel shaft and anchor chain wheel through a second-stage gear transmission. It should be noted that the anchor chain wheel and drum cannot operate simultaneously.

Hydraulic System: The power unit consists of two pump units and an oil tank, and has low liquid level, high oil temperature, and filter clogging alarm functions. The hydraulic system generates hydraulic oil pressure through a plunger pump, converting oil pressure into power to drive the anchor machine and winch to work. The system is also equipped with a manual clutch and a manual brake device to ensure safe and flexible operation.

Operating Method: During operation, select the appropriate pump usage method according to the load and speed to avoid unnecessary heat generation. After a high-temperature system alarm, it can continue to be used until shutdown. It is particularly important to note that if the anchor windlass pump station has not been used for a long time or is started in a low-temperature environment, 2-3 point operations should be performed first to avoid oil pump oil shortage and air suction causing damage.

Maintenance: Regularly check the oil level and temperature of the hydraulic system, the leakage of various joints, valves, motors, pumps, and sealing parts, and pay attention to whether the temperature and pressure gauge readings of various parts are normal. The filter should be cleaned frequently. When changing the hydraulic oil, pay attention to cleanliness and ensure that the hydraulic oil grade meets the requirements of the instructions. Maintain an appropriate oil temperature; the oil tank temperature should not exceed 60℃, and the hydraulic machinery should preferably operate within the range of 35-60℃ to avoid excessively high oil temperatures.
